摘要:

采用双环电化学动电位再活化法(EPR法)研究316L奥氏体不锈钢扩散连接试样与母材的晶间腐蚀行为。实验结果表明,相同条件下扩散连接试样的再活化率小于母材的再活化率,即扩散连接试样的耐晶间腐蚀性能更好。在影响316L不锈钢晶间腐蚀敏感性的参数如回归电位、溶液温度、溶液浓度、敏化时间和扫描速度中,回归电位对再活化率值的影响最大。随着回归电位的降低,再活化率值增大,316L不锈钢耐晶间腐蚀性能降低。

Abstract:

Intergranular corrosion for diffusion bonded joints and base materials of 316L stainless steel was investigated by double loop EPR test. The results show that reactivation ratio of diffusion bonded joint is less than that of base material. That is, diffusion bonded specimen has more excellent intergranular corrosion resistance compared to base material. Among parameters such as regression potential, solution temperature, solution concentration and scan velocity, the regression potential has the biggest effect on reactivation ratio. Intergranular corrosion resistance of 316L stainless steel decreases with decreasing regression potential.
