Gearbox Fault Diagnosis with Rotating Speed Fluctuation Based on SVD and Chirplet Path Pursuit Algorithm

摘要:

针对转速波动齿轮箱振动信号的复杂性和非平稳性,提出了一种基于SVD和线调频小波路径追踪的转速波动齿轮箱故障诊断方法。该方法将齿轮箱振动信号经SVD预处理后得到一重组信号,再用线调频小波路径追踪算法分析该信号,得到齿轮啮合频率的估计,将估计得到的齿轮啮合频率经多项式拟合并除以齿轮齿数可得到其转速信号,根据转速信号对预处理后的信号进行等角度重采样,对重采样信号进行阶比分析,以完成齿轮箱的故障诊断。应用实例说明,该方法对转速波动齿轮箱的故障诊断具有有效性和优越性。

Abstract:

A method for the fault diagnosis of gearboxes with rotating speed fluctuation based on SVD and chirplet path pursuit algorithm was proposed herein.In this method, the vibration signals were decomposed into signal components by SVD method, and a reconstructed signal which was the first component with the largest value was obtained. The gear meshing frequency was estimated by processing the reconstructed signals with the chirplet path pursuit algorithm, then dividing the gear’s meshing frequency by the number of gear teeth and the gear rotational speed signals can be obtained. Finally, according to the extracted rotational speed signals,the vibration signals were resampled
at constant angle increments, and the gearbox fault diagnosis was accomplished by the order analysis of the resampled signals. Practical application examples confirm the validity and the superiority of the proposed method.
