摘要:

以6061铝合金杯形挤压件为研究对象,分别使用Deform-3D及MSC.Superform软件构建三维和二维弹塑性有限元模型,预测成形缺陷,分析了缺陷产生的机理并提出了提高模拟精度的方法,并进行了实验验证。结果表明,几种规格的铝合金杯形件均存在成形缺陷,主要表现为充填不足、折叠和裂纹。对于该轴对称问题,二维有限元模型的计算结果优于三维模型的计算结果,模拟结果与实验结果较吻合。

Abstract:

In order to forecast the defects of the cup part formed by the 6061 aluminum alloy,3D and 2D elastoplasticity FEM models were established with software of Deform-3D and MSC.Superform respectively. The reason for such defects was analyzed and the methods for improving simulation accuracy were proposed. Meanwhile, the corresponding experimental researches were conducted. The results show that the forming defects like underfilling, overlap and crack occur at each cup part of aluminum alloy. For this axisymmetric problem, the calculated results of 2D FEM model are proved superior to those of 3D model. Good agreement is found between the numerical results and experimental work.
