摘要:

介绍了形状记忆高分子材料(SMP)的形状记忆机理,给出了基于SMP的主动拆卸结构设计方法,并提出了SMP主动拆卸结构在产品设计中的应用准则。利用这些设计方法和准则对遥控器产品进行重新设计,对比试验表明,基于SMP设计的遥控器的拆卸效率比改进前明显提高,比应用记忆合金主动拆卸结构的产品成本大幅降低。

Abstract:

Elements of SMP were introduced, and design methods and application rules of active disassembly devices based on SMP were put forward. Based on these design methods and application rules, some remote controls were redesigned. The active disassembly experiments of redesigned remotes show that the disassembly efficiency is obviously enhanced, and the cost is much lower than that using shape memory alloy devices.
