基于有限元法的楔环参数概率约束优化

摘要:

提出有限元概率约束优化设计综合方法,采用Monte Carlo方法模拟随机输入变量分布来进行楔环非线性有限元接触分析,以最小二乘法拟合设计区间的输出响应面,利用一次二阶矩法将概率约束转化为确定性约束进行楔环优化设计。计算结果表明,在满足强度及刚度可靠度指标的条件下,楔环厚度减小40%,取得满意的优化效果。

Abstract:

A synthetical way of probability constraint optimum design based on FEM was given. Firstly,using Monte Carlo method to simulate the distribution of random input variables and then the stress and displacement of Wedged-Ring were analyzed by nonlinear FEM .Secondly,the response surface of results was fitting by least square method in design space .Finally, probability constraint was translated into ascertainable constraint by method called first-order second-moment and optimization was completed.The optimization results show the thickness of Wedged-Ring is 40% less than that of the initial structure under probability constraints of strength and rigid.
