将带有附加气室的空气弹簧应用于一种剪式座椅中,建立了该空气悬架座椅系统运动微分方程,推导出了系统的等效垂向刚度、等效阻尼系数、固有频率及阻尼比的计算公式,分析了该空气悬架座椅系统的影响因素,并以ContiTech公司的SK37-6型膜式空气弹簧和HY-Z04型剪式座椅为例,计算出了不同簧载质量、不同节流孔开度条件下系统的等效刚度、等效阻尼系数及固有频率,分析了其变化规律。研究结果表明,随着节流孔开度的增大,系统的固有频率逐渐减小;可以通过调节节流孔开度的大小,改变系统的固有频率,以适应不同的驾驶员体重和路况,进一步改善座椅的乘坐舒适性。

Abstract:

A air spring with auxiliary chamber was used in one kind of scissors linkage seat.The motion differential equation of the air suspension seat was established and the theoretical computing formulation of its equivalent vertical stiffness, equivalent damping coefficient, natural frequency and damping rate were deducted, besides, the influence factors of them were analyzed.Taking SK37-6 membrane type air spring
of ContiTech and HY-Z04 type scissors linkage seat as an example, the equivalent stiffness, damping coefficient and natural frequency in different conditions of the sprung mass and the throttle’s size were computed and analyzed. Study results show that the natural frequency descends with the throttle’s size increasing; as a result, in order to adapt different driver’s weights and road conditions, the systerm’s natural frequency can be changed by adjusting the throttle’s size to make it more comfortable.
