摘要:

针对飞机结构件特征拓扑不固定而无法有效建立预定义特征库的问题,提出了一种基于层的特征识别算法。算法在总结飞机结构件特征拓扑不固定特点的基础上,利用其拓扑面具有方向性和层次式分布的特点,以层作为特征识别的基础,通过层的识别和组合获得飞机结构件拓扑不固定特征。该算法以添加虚边的方式处理层的相交,以此来解决特征的相交问题,并依据特征中层的关联关系产生符合加工工艺的特征解释。基于CATIA V5开发的特征识别系统已在某大型航空企业中得到应用。

Abstract:

According to the difficulties in building predefined feature library because of variable topology, a layer-based recognition methodology was presented for aircraft structural parts. Analyses on features of aircraft structural parts show the characteristics of variable topology with directional characteristics and hierarchy distribution. The layer-based recognition dealt with interacting layers by adding virtual edges and extracted features by recognizing and combining layers. The method dealt with features with variable topology, recognized interacting features by combining layers and generated reasonable feature interpretations according to the association between layers. A feature recognition system based on the CATIA V5 platform was developed, which has been applied in a large aviation enterprise.
