摘要:

以高速数控机床新型工具系统结构特性为研究对象,通过理论研究、实验研究和数值计算等方法,在准确构建新型工具系统非线性接触有限元模型的基础上,分析和研究了夹紧力、过盈量和旋转速度等参数对其连接性能的影响。研究结果为高速数控机床新型工具系统在实际加工中参数的选取提供了依据和指导。

Abstract:

Structural characteristics of a new tool system in high-speed CNC machine tools were studied by theoretical, experimental and numerical calculation method.A finite element model was constructed based on the new tool system accurately, the parameters of the clamping force, the amount of interference and rotation speed to link performance were analyzed and researched. Results of the study can be used as basis and instruction of parameters’ selection of new tool system for high-speed CNC machine tools in practical manufacture.
