摘要:

以减小某车辆动力换挡变速器不同挡位下轴承座处的支反力为目标,对该变速器变速传动部分进行模型简化,建立齿轮位置布局优化的模型;基于变速器各挡位工作时间分配百分比,利用线性加权法构造出可以综合反映变速器各挡位下箱体支反力的综合优化目标函数,选择MATLAB优化工具箱中求解非线性规划问题的fmincon函数进行求解,结果证明该布局优化方法是可行的,可以为变速器齿轮布局的改进设计提供参考。

Abstract:

In order to decrease the supporting reaction of bearing seat of certain vehicle dynamic shifting gearbox under different gears conditions, the shift transmission part of gearbox was simplified, and gear position layout optimization model was set up; considering the working period percentage of each gear condition, linear weighting method was applied to construct a synthetical objective function, which reflected gearbox’s reaction of different conditions. Based on nonlinear programming arithmetic theory of MATLAB optimization toolbox and “fmincon” function was used to solve the problem. The result displays that the layout optimization method is feasible, and can provide reference to the improvement of gearbox layout.
