摘要:

基于三点支撑平台反力原理,提出了一种测量复杂机械产品质心的方法。分析了质心测量系统的误差来源,得出系统的误差主要取决于测力传感器的测量误差和升降推杆的位移误差的结论。给出了误差理论计算公式,研究了系统各结构参数和系统随机误差对测量误差的影响程度。试验结果表明:理论分析和试验所得的质心高度位置曲线的变化趋势一致,且在支撑平板侧倾角大于10°后,两者数据趋于相同。

Abstract:

A centroid measurement system of complex mechanical products was established based on three-point platform supporting reaction theory. The sources of error were analyzed,a conclusion that the dominant errors of the measurement system primarily steamed from the measurement errors of pressure transducers and the displacement error of lift putters can be reached. A formula of calculating the theoretical error was presented after a detailed study of the influence of system structure parameters and system
random error over the centroid measurement. The experimental results show that the curves of analytical and experimental centroid altitude are coherent, especially, when the roll angle of supporting platform is large than ten degree, the result tends to the same.
