摘要:

应用Bayes理论对数控系统可靠性评估方法进行研究。给出了基于二阶矩约束的最大熵Weibull先验分布的一般解析形式,并结合数控系统寿命数据,讨论了二阶矩约束下的Weibull先验分布的稳健性。研究表明,基于最大熵原理求取双参数联合先验分布的方法,适用于数控系统可靠性评估。

Abstract:

The paper studied NC system reliability assessment using Bayesian theory.We gave a general analytical solution of maximum entropy of Weibull prior distribution based on second moment restrictions.Combining NC system life data,the robustness of the Weibull prior distribution was discussed.Studies show that it fits NC system reliability assessment to solve the two-parameter joint prior distribution using maximum entropy principle.
