摘要:

通过对航天航空设备中新型减压器工作过程的分析,应用键合图法建立了减压器状态方程,仿真研究了金属波纹膜片载荷变化,基于龙格-库塔法进行了仿真计算,结果表明,减压器金属波纹膜片在工作初期承受21MPa高压,在0.06s后压力稳定在3.43MPa,在0.08s后活门位移稳定在3.165mm。建立了金属波纹膜片三维有限元模型,运用弹塑性有限元法分析了最大工作载荷下金属波纹膜片的变形和应力,
并运用Norton理论模型进行了高压下蠕变工作过程的仿真模拟。
实验结果与有限元计算结果一致,表明现有设计方案在系统极端高压下,膜片发生弹塑性变形,在长期承受高压下,膜片将发生蠕变,但在1.4256×106s后最终稳定,不会影响其使用功能。该方法对新型减压器金属波纹膜片设计有一定指导意义。

Abstract:

The press variation loaded on metal crinkle diaphragm was
studied based on analysis of the new relieve valve operation process. The bond graph described the relieve valve dynamic feature was presented to set up the state space equation, from which the simulation results were calculated based on the Lunge-Kutta methods to express that the crinkle diaphragm will be loaded 21MPa at the beginning of the relieve press procedure,and the press will be 3.43MPa after 0.06s,the
valve core space will be 3.165mm after 0.08s. A crinkle diaphragm solid finite element model was built up, and stress and deformation with the maximal press 21MPa
 was computed, and creep process was simulated to estimate the diaphragm invalidation or not according to the Norton theoretic model.The experimental results are better conformability with the simulation ones. The conclusion expresses that the new crinkle diaphragm will be plastic deformed when loaded on 21MPa, and creep after long term higher press. But the diaphragm will be also available after plastic deformation, and the
creep diaphragm deformation and stress will be stable loaded with 21MPa after 1.4256×106s,and also work normally.The simulation method offers good help to the new relieve valve design.
