摘要:

叠层垫板组合结构是巨型成形装备中不可缺少的重要组成部分,承担了将作用在其上的集中载荷均匀地扩散传递到本体结构上,从而改善整体装备受载状况的作用。常规的基于结构强度设计方法获得的叠层垫板组合结构常由于叠层垫板间变形不协调而导致载荷传递在局部聚集,无法真正实现集中载荷在接触面间的均匀扩散传递。运用商用MARC软件建立了螺栓预紧的叠层垫板组合结构三维有限元模型,通过改变总高度及不同垫板层厚度组合、调整预紧螺栓分布,研究了力流在叠层垫板及其接触面间的传递规律,实现了巨大集中载荷流在叠层垫板组合结构中的均匀扩散传递。

Abstract:

Plate laminated composite structure is a key part of the heavy-duty forming equipment,which can transfer and diffuse the concentrated load evenly into body structure of the heavy-duty forming equipment to modify the state of stress of the whole equipment.However,the plate laminated composite structures designed by conventional structural strength method,often causes local concentration of load due to the deformation disagreement among the laminated plates and can not really realize evenly diffused transmission of the concentrated load.A three-dimensional finite element model of plate laminated composite structure,preloaded by bolts was built based on the Marc software platform.Via changing the whole height of such composite structure, different combinations of plate thicknesses and adjusting the distribution of preloaded bolts,the transmission rule of the force flow among laminated plates and their contact interfaces were studied.The concentrated load transfer uniformly among the laminated plates is realized.
