摘要:

提出了基于三维磁场仿真分析的磁粉离合器电磁场分析方法。利用Ansoft电磁场仿真分析软件,建立磁粉离合器的三维仿真模型,通过较为精细的自适应网格对其力矩—激磁电流关系、力矩—滑差特性进行了分析,分析结果表明仿真分析数据与试验数据相一致,确定了磁粉离合器主要设计参数与其性能之间的定量关系,可以作为进行磁粉离合器优化设计的基础。

Abstract:

This paper presented a method of magnetic particle clutch simulation and analysis by using three-dimensional magnetic field simulation analysis.Through Ansoft software,a three-dimensional model of magnetic particle clutch was built.The relationship between torque and exciting current, property of torque and slip were analysed by a more accurate self-adaptive grid. The results show that simulation data corresponds to test data. Quantitative relationship between main design parameters of magnetic particle clutch and performance was identified.It can be used as the basis for magnetic particle clutch optimum
design.
