摘要:

提出了一种基于元结构的数控机床结构优化设计方法。按照结构的功能要求和工艺过程对被优化结构进行分解,最终分解为若干元结构,对元结构进行组合获得结构的修改方案集;利用CAD或CAE软件提供的二次开发语言构建修改方案集的参数化的一般模型。根据可适应设计原则建立结构性能指标的综合评价函数,并将其作为优化目标进行求解。最后通过内齿轮铣齿机床立柱优化设计实例验证了该方法的有效性。

Abstract:

An optimization design method for NC machine tool structures based on unit structures was proposed. Firstly, the machine tool structures were decomposed into several unit structures, and through the combination of which a modified scheme sets was confirmed. Next, the second are development language of CAD or CAE software was applied to establish the general parametric model of modified scheme sets. Then, comprehensive evaluation function of the structural performance indices based on adaptable design was set up and regarded as objective function. The validity of this method has been proved by the case of column of ring gear milling machine. 
