摘要:

在考虑传动系统连续分布质量的基础上,采用拉格朗日方程建立了旋转机械传动系统的连续动力学模型。通过传递函数法推导出任意轴上的扭振响应公式,并得到了存在间隙时传动系统的连续动力学模型。该连续模型能更精确地求解传动系统的固有频率,同时可有效减小传动系统自由度数量的变化对系统基频的影响。仿真结果表明,该连续模型能更丰富地反映出传动系统的扭振特性,为分析旋转机械传动系统扭振问题提供了一种新的途径。

Abstract:

A novel continuous torsional vibration dynamics model of rotary machinery was established,which was based on the Lagrange equation. And arbitraty shaft's torsional formula of drive system was obtained by transfer function method. Then a nonlinear continuous dynamics model considering clearance of drive system was established. Compared to lumped mass model, the natural frequency of the continuous model is more accurate, and it can decrease the calculational errors which are caused by human factors. A numerical example indicates that the method can reflect more complex characteristics of the torsional vibration, and it provides a new method for analysing torsional vibrations.
