摘要:

在数控车削中,降低工件加工成本具有重要的实际意义,但如何选择合理的车削参数以达到最小化加工成本是一个多约束非线性的复杂优化问题。针对该问题,提出基于边缘分布估计的UMDArp和UMDAp算法。在接近实际加工约束条件下,同时优化粗精车削参数,选出合适的加工参数组合(粗切削速度、粗进给量、粗车量、粗车次数、精切削速度、精进给量和精车量)。同时,使用基因修复策略和惩罚函数相结合的约束处理方法,进一步提高算法寻优性能。计算机模拟表明,UMDArp算法能搜索到比以往提出的启发性算法更优的车削参数组合,从而减小加工开销。

Abstract:

In NC turning operations, it is of important and also practical sense to decrease the unit production cost. Unfortunately it is a non-linear optimization problem with high complexity and many constraints, that is to decide how to select a set of turning parameters to save the unit production cost. To deal with it, UMDArp and UMDAp algorithms based on marginal estimation of distribution were proposed. And under a set of practical machining constraints, the reasonable machining parameters (speed, feed rate and depth of cut for both rough and finish machining, and number of rough machining) were obtained by proposed algorithms along with optimization of the rough and finish machining parameters at the same time. Furthermore, the performance of the proposed algorithms was improved through the constraint dealing method combined gene repair strategy and penalty function. Computer simulation shows the UMDArp can achieve more optimal solution than other algorithms proposed previous to reduce the production cost.
