摘要:

为了研究滚珠丝杠副摩擦力矩波动及滚珠冲击的影响因素,对不同型号的丝杠摩擦力矩波动与滚珠的冲击响应进行了测试分析,结果表明:摩擦力矩的波动频率与滚珠对返向器的冲击频率之间存在频率相等、相位滞后的对应关系;丝杆转速的増大使得返向器内前后滚珠间速度差减小,滚珠进出滚道的加速度冲击响应与丝杠转速呈相反趋势;预紧力的大小对丝杠的冲击有较大的影响。

Abstract:

In order to study influence factors of ball impact and friction torque fluctuation of ball screw, tests about friction torque fluctuation and ball impact response had been done on different types of ball screw. The test results indicate that: the fluctuation frequency of screw’s friction torque is equal to the ball’s impact frequency correspondingly and lagged in phase. The increase of screw’s feed-rate makes the speed difference of balls in re-circulating mechanism decrease, and the acceleration impact response of ball takes the opposite trend. The value of preload is the larger influence factor on the impact response of ball screw.
