摘要:

对叶片激光冲击处理工艺的质量保证技术进行了研究,选择叶片固有频率变化值作为冲击处理质量的表征参数,提出了一种高效、实时、无损的发动机叶片激光冲击强化质量检测新方法。建立了频率测试的试验装置,可以检测工件在激光冲击强化处理时的固有频率改变,实验结果表明:一阶、二阶固有频率随着激光冲击次数的增多而增大,以此作为检测指标对激光冲击强化处理的质量进行判断。

Abstract:

Several methods of quality assurance of laser shock processing were researched herein,and an effective, real time and non-destroyed method was presented to inspect the quality of laser shock processing turbine blades by means of analysis of natural frequency shifts.A measurement system for natural frequency was developed, which could measure the natural frequency shifts with each time of laser shock processing,the first-order and second-order natural frequency increase with the times of laser shock processing,the relationship could be used as the quality assurance criterion of laser shock processing.
