摘要:

汽车结构件形状复杂、成形难度大,其条料设计是级进模工艺设计中急需解决的难点和瓶颈问题。基于有限元逆算法,开发了一种基于工艺特征的条料多步展开算法,并将其应用于条料早期工艺设计。该算法不仅计算速度快,而且可以综合考虑搭桥、压边力、摩擦等实际工艺条件,可以比较精确地预测中间工步的成形性和中间构形。以复杂级进模零件为例详细说明了该算法的具体实现过程。

Abstract:

The strip layout of automotive structural parts in the process design of progressive die is the major difficulty and the bottleneck problem to be solved urgently. However, the strip layout is designed mainly based on experience at present. A strip unfolding method for progressive die stamping parts was developed, which was according to the process features and based on the inverse approach. In the method, the stamping processes, such as connection, blank-holder force and the friction were considered, and the intermediate shapes and the formability can be calculated with high efficiency. The details of the method were illustrated with a complicated stamping part.
