脊状表面的准LIGA成形技术及其减阻试验研究

摘要:

为了研究脊状表面的减阻特性,利用准LIGA成形技术在铝合金表面加工了两种不同尺寸的矩形脊状结构。在准LIGA成形技术中,以波长为300~400μm紫外光作为曝光光源,再通过显影、表面活化、微电铸及去胶工艺得到脊状表面。在低速风洞中对制备的脊状表面进行流场测试,获得了其湍流边界层内流动参数的分布情况。试验结果表明,脊状表面改变了边界层内的流场结构,抑制了湍流脉动,降低了湍流度,达到了减阻效果。同时,利用准LIGA成形技术制备脊状表面的方法是可行的。

Abstract:

In order to study drag reduction characteristics of riblet surface, two kind of different size’s rible surface were manufactured on aluminum alloy using quasi-LIGA molding technology. This technology used the ultraviolet radiation as an exposal source, then throught develop, surface activation, micro-electroform and wiping photoresist riblet surface was obtained. Riblet surface’ flow field were tested separately in low speed wind tunnel and distribution of turbulent boundary layer flow parameters was obtained. Experimental results show that riblet surface changes field flow structure of boundary layer, restrains turbulent variance, debases turbulence intensity, brings on drag reduction effect and preparation of riblet surface using quasi-LIGA technology is feasible.
