摘要:

利用矩阵凝聚法,推导出了一种五自由度剪式单元的有限元模型,并对一种圆柱式折叠结构进行了静力学分析。将拓扑优化中的SIMP法引入到可展机构的优化设计中,对可展机构进行了拓扑优化研究。分别以结构柔度最小化和结构效率最大化作为优化目标函数,对圆柱式折叠结构进行了拓扑布局优化。优化后的结构质量大大减轻,而结构效率得到提高。对结构的动力学性能进行了探讨。研究结果对可展机构的轻量化设计有一定帮助。

Abstract:

The 5 DOF element stiffness was derived and applied to analyze one kind of cylindrical deployable structure.The SIMP method was introduced to the deployable structure optimization.Aimed to the two objective functions which were of compliance minimization and structure efficiency maximization,the topology optimization for the cylindrical deployable structure was calculated.The mass of optimized structure is lower and the efficiency is higher.At last,the dynamics of structure was discussed preliminarily herein.The
results are helpful for the lightweight design of deployable structure.
