球面配流副二维稳态压力场的数值求解方法研究

推导出基于球面坐标系的贴体网格生成方程,在贴体坐标系下利用有限差分法迭代求解雷诺方程,得到了球面配流副的二维稳态压力场,在迭代求解网格生成方程过程中利用平均近似的方法将隐式迭代方程转化为显式方程,大大缩短了求解时间。用球面配流副近似平面配流副进行了压力场计算,计算结果与电模拟法的结果非常接近。应用该方法对液压变压器球面配流副进行了压力场计算,计算结果表明,当相邻油口压力接近时过渡区域的压力场分布不能忽略。

Abstract:

Grid generation equations and Reynolds equation in spherical body-fitted coordinates were proposed and solved by using finite difference algorithm.An average approximation method was used to transform the implicit equation to the explicit equation during automatic grid generation,and the computation time is greatly reduced by contrast to that of the implicit equation.Pressure distribution on a spherical port plate of the hydraulic transformer is obtained and the computation results indicate that the pressure distribution between adjacent ports can not be neglected especially when the pressure of these ports has little difference.The pressure distribution on a plane port plate is obtained and the computation results are very closely to those of electrical analogy.
