乘用车两车侧面碰撞变形侵入量影响因素研究

摘要:

选取美国福特汽车公司第5代Taurus轿车侧面变形侵入量为研究目标,分析其侧向速度变化为定值(28km/h)时的变量(两车质量比、主要吸能结构相对位置、撞击车接近速度和接触面积等侧面碰撞因素)与侧面变形侵入量的函数关系。为了确保侧面碰撞因素的有效性,对比分析了在美国联邦碰撞法规FMVSS规定的碰撞条件下的US-NCAP实验值和模拟值,验证了目标车Taurus侧面碰撞有限元模型和其他一系列乘用车前面碰撞有限元模型的正确性。结合真实世界事故统计分析数据,分析了变形侵入量对乘员损伤等级的影响。

Abstract:

Making the side crush intrusion of the 5th generation Taurus made in Ford Automotive Company in USA as the objective function of research,the relationship among variables was studied when the
delta velocity of its side was 28km/h,to the crush intrusion of the left side of struck vehicle.Research variables included the two vehicle weight ratio,primary
energy absorbing structure relative position,and approach velocity and
contact area of striking vehicle.In order to make sure the effectiveness of influence factors of side impact, the results comparing testing of US New Car
Assessment Program and simulation were analyzed,under the condition of
impact of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard(FMVSS),validated the FE model for side impact of target Taurus and other FE models for front impact of a series of passenger vehicle.With the data of statistic analysis accidents of
real world,analyzed the influence of crush intrusion on the passenger abbreviate injury
scale (AIS) value.
