摘要:

针对现有弧面凸轮廓面建模方法存在的构造曲面与理论数据不关联、误差不可控问题,分析了弧面凸轮廓面的直纹面特性和等距曲面关系,推导了构造可展曲面的误差控制函数,在此基础上,通过凸轮廓面方程计算构造可展曲面的准线和母线族,在UG FreeForm环境下实现了弧面凸轮复杂廓面实体模型的构建。

According to the deficiencies of current roller gear cam surface modeling method in data relativity and error controllability, this paper discussed the ruled surface feature of roller gear cam surface and the error control method of constructed developable
 surface.An error controllable roller gear cam surface was constructed based on the directrix and generatrix family in UG FreeForm environment.
