摘要:

为了减少汽车液压动力转向系统中存在的较大能量损失,设计了一种含有浮动块的新型平衡式变量叶片泵。介绍了新型泵的结构和工作原理,建立了叶片泵输出流量的方程,并对液压转向系统的转向泵向系统执行机构输出的流量进行了仿真。制造了平衡式变量叶片泵样机,并进行了台架试验。仿真和试验结果表明:该泵能有效减少多余流量输出,减少转向系统的能量损失。

Abstract:

With respect to the serious energy cost of present hydraulic power steering system, this paper discussed the configuration and the action principle of a new variable displacement of double-action vane pump, which consisted of a floating block. Then the mathematical and simulation model for hydraulic power steering of automobile were established. The pump was produced and the test was performed. The results show that the pump with the floating block can reduce the energy efficiently and prosperous utilization is expected.
