摘要:

保持织机经纱张力的恒定是织机的一项关键技术。分析了目前电子送经系统控制方法存在的不足,提出一种基于模糊专家系统的控制方法来优化织机的参数以实现经纱的恒张力控制。对普通PID算法和模糊专家PID算法在阶跃信号作用下的响应进行了仿真,结果表明,模糊专家PID算法具有超调小、
响应速度快、精度高等优点。在剑杆机上的实验表明,系统在运行平稳时经纱张力控制精度较高且呈周期性波动(幅度为±08%左右),很好地满足了实际生产的需要,说明该控制方法是可行的。

Abstract:

Keeping the steady warp tension of loom is a key for a loom.The paper analyzed the present existing insufficiency of control method about electric let-off, and brought forward the control method based on fuzzy expert system to optimize the parameters of loom and realize the steady warp tension control.Then ordinary PID algorithm and fuzzy expert PID algorithm were simulated under the condition of step signal,
the simulation result shows that fuzzy expert PID algorithm has small overshoot, fast response,high precision and so on.Finally the algorithm was tested on the rapier loom,
the result indicates that warp tension which has better control precision is cyclical fluctuation(range about ±08%) when the overall system is stable,it shows that the control method is feasible,and meets the needs of actual production.
