摘要:

通过对装载机工作循环的分析,引入了偏载系数的概念,提出了装载机受力计算的一种新方法。采用逆向思维,以偏载工况的计算为主,正载工况作为偏载工况的一种特殊情况,将两者的计算统一到一个连续函数中,并借助有限元软件,定量分析了从正载到极限偏载过程中动臂的应力变化趋势,结果表明,偏载造成最大损害的部位是偏载端动臂和铲斗的铰接点处,同时一定程度的偏载不会对工作装置造成较大损害。基于试验对所建立的CAD模型和CAE分析进行了改进,改进后的分析结果与试验结果基本吻合。

Abstract:

Through the operating cycle analysis of a loaders, the offset loading coefficient was proposed to accurately compute the force of loaders.In this new method, upright loading was considered as a special instance of offset loading.The force analysis of offset loading and upright loading was unified into the same continuous function. And then the stress changing trend of the lifting arms could be analyzed quantificationally by the aid of finite element software.It is shown that the position damaged greatly may be the joints between lift arms and bucket during the offset loading.But the offset loading with a certain extent can not influence the working equipment greatly.CAE model is improved based on the experimental results and the experimental results show the validity of the improved CAE model.
