坐标系导引下的线缆布线点位对应关系自动提取方法

Automatic Extraction Method for Corresponding Relationship among Endpoint-to-location of Cable Wiring under Coordinate System Guidance

摘要: 针对复杂机电产品人工寻找线缆端点与电连接器各接线位置之间的点位对应关系效率低、易出错等问题,提出了一种坐标系导引下的线缆布线点位对应关系自动提取方法。建立了基于线缆布线工艺规划的线缆信息模型和电连接器信息模型,采用特征提取技术提取线缆信息和电连接器信息;分别建立了线缆端点坐标系和电连接器各点位坐标系,运用坐标转换将两坐标系变换到装配坐标系下并分析各坐标系之间的关系,在坐标系导引下自动提取线缆与电连接器之间的点位对应关系。将该方法应用于某型相控阵雷达装配体的线缆布线中,实例证明,该方法能快速且准确地提取线缆端点与电连接器各接线位置之间的点位对应关系。

Abstract: To solve the problems of the low efficiency and error-prone of manual search for the corresponding relationship of endpoint-to-location among cable endpoints and electrical connector's wiring positions in complex mechatronic products, an automatic extraction method of corresponding relationship among endpoint-to-location of cable wiring was proposed based on coordinate system guidance. Firstly, a cable information model and electrical connector information model were established based on cable wiring process planning, and the cable information and the electrical connector information were extracted by the feature extraction technology. Then the endpoint coordinate system of cable and the point coordinate system of electrical connectors were established, the relationships were analyzed after transform the two coordinate systems into the assembly coordinate system by coordinate transformation, thus the corresponding relationship of endpoint-to-location among the cables and the electrical connectors were automatically extracted based on coordinate system guidance. Finally, the method was applied to the automatic extraction of corresponding relationship among endpoint-to-location of cable wiring of phased array radar. The examples prove that the corresponding relationship of endpoint-to-location among the cable endpoints and the electrical connector's wiring positions are extracted quickly and accurately by the proposed method.
