小型潜水电泵可靠性强化试验方法的研究

摘要:

为在短时期内暴露潜水电泵的可靠性薄弱环节,实现产品的可靠性增长,在对潜水电泵进行失效机理分析的基础上,发现机械密封端面的过量磨损是潜水电泵产生失效的主要原因。以工作介质中加入磨粒性磨料作为可靠性强化试验的加速因子,按照失效机理保持不变的原则,选取粒度为100目的棕刚玉砂作为强化因子。按照潜水电泵的失效特征和工作条件制定了潜水电泵的可靠性强化试验方案,并抽取试样进行了强化试验。试验结果表明,所制定的强化试验方案能达到对潜水电泵进行强化试验的目的。

Abstract:

In order to expose the weak point of reliability in a short period of time for submersible pumps, and realize its reliability growth, through analyzing the failure mechanism of submersible pumps, found out that excessive attrition of the mechanical seal surface is the main reasons of submersible pumps failure. Working media with abrasive was adopted as the accelerated factor of reliability enhancement testing, on the principle of keeping the failure mechanism unchanged, finally emery-containing water was selected as enhancement stress, where the emery’s granularity was 100 meshes. According to the failure characteristics and working conditions, a test plan of submersible pumps was proposed. Test results show that the test plan can achieve the purpose of submersible pump enhancement testing.
