摘要:

针对某大型铝合金壳体锻件的形状特点,结合实际制造能力,提出一套成形工艺方案。利用有限元数值模拟软件DEFORM-3D,分析了预压坯件形状对终成形效果的影响,研究了摩擦因数、锻造速度、始锻温度对终成形最大载荷的影响规律,解析了该大型铝合金壳体成形过程的4个阶段。通过数值分析和实践经验得出了合理的坯件形状、模具形式及成形工艺参数,消除了成形中可能出现的缺陷,并将成形力控制在250MN以内,研究内容最终得到了实验验证。

Abstract:

According to the shape characteristics of large aluminum alloy shell forging and the actual production capacity a process scheme was proposed. Based on a series of simulation the influence of forging shape on final forming, the influence of friction factor, press speed, initial forging temperature on maximum forming force were analyzed, then the forming process was divided into four phases. According to numerical analysis and practice experience the proper blank dimensions, die structure and process parameters were achieved. At last the forming defects got eliminated, the forming load was controlled under 25000 ton, and the research object got test verification.
