摘要: 对利用互相关原理进行伺服阀频率特性测试进行了研究。针对频率特性测试过程中动态液压缸活塞在伺服阀阀口不对称特性作用下的偏移运动,提出了一种以PC为基础,利用软件信号合成的方法实现频率特性测试和动态纠偏的试验方案。对该方案的总体结构、扫频控制单元设计、纠偏控制器设计和信号处理单元设计进行了研究。最后给出了系统实例及某伺服阀的测试结果。

Abstract: Test of frequency characteristic of servo valves with mutual correlation principle was studied herein. Due to the asymmetric characteristic of servo valves, the dynamic cylinder would move away from the central position when test was carried out. A PC-based, software signal synthesizing scheme was proposed for frequency characteristic test and dynamic cylinder position control. Details on overall structure of the scheme, test controller design, dynamic cylinder position controller design, and the signal processing unit were also given. An example system was finally introduced and test result of a servo valve was also provided. 
