摘要:

提出了一种在有限元分析中用罚函数法分析结合部非线性接触刚度的方法。结合部的非线性接触刚度由试验获得,在接触问题的有限元计算中,将结合部的非线性接触刚度作为罚函数法的罚因子引入计算过程中,从而赋予罚因子以明确的物理意义。首先给出了通过罚函数法进行结合部分析的过程,然后通过一个算例,说明了方法的有效性。

Abstract:

A penalty function method of finite element was proposed for nonlinear contact stiffness of joint. The stiffness of joint was obtained by experiment. In finite element analysis related to contact, the stiffness was introduced into contact analysis of joint by penalty factor of penalty function method. In this method, stiffness was expressed as penalty factor, which possessed specific engineering signification. The process of joint analysis was given by penalty function and then an example was used to validate the method . 
