摘要:

在考虑加工精度、机床加减速能力和加速度变化连续性的基础上,设计了一种基于滤波技术的NURBS曲线插补算法。该插补算法不仅能够根据曲线形状自适应地调整加工速度,而且通过引入滤波技术实现了整个插补过程中的加速度连续,从而减小了机床振动,提高了加工精度和加工效率。最后对所设计的插补算法进行了实例验证,验证结果表明该插补算法可以实现NURBS曲线的高速、高精和高效加工。

Abstract:

An interpolation algorithm was developed for non-uniform rational B-spline curves (NURBS) interpolation while considering machining accuracy,the
acceleration/deceleration capability of machine tool and the acceleration varying continuity.This algorithm can adaptively adjust the machining velocity according to change of curvature,while filtering technology were applied to keep acceleration continuity during the whole interpolation process,so it reduces mechanical shock and improves machining precision and machining efficiency.Finally the designed experiments show that the proposed
interpolation algorithm can achieve high-speed,high-precision and efficient machining of NURBS curve.
