摘要:

综合考虑谐波减速器、行星减速器等少齿差传动装置的优缺点,结合研发的新型精密高效传动方式,将精密齿轮传动和轴承组合为一种新型摩擦副进行整体结构设计,对轴承齿轮基本额定静载荷、摩擦机理和摩擦力矩进行了研究;通过对轴承齿轮基本额定静载荷和摩擦力矩双目标函数进行优化设计,确定了轴承齿轮的主要结构参数值;对摩擦副各组件材料进行了选择,所开发出的高精度、高可靠、长寿命、高性能空间摩擦副,减少了传动中间环节,从而使传动系统结构紧凑、体积小、传动效率高、摩擦磨损小和振动噪声低。

Abstract:

By considering systematically the merits and drawbacks of driving devices with small tooth number difference,such as planetary reducer and harmonic reducer,combining effectively the new drive style with high precision and efficiency,a precise gear transmission and bearings were integrated as new friction pairs and their basic steady load, friction mechanism and friction moment were also studied herein. By optimizing the double objective function of basic steady load and friction moment,the structural parameters were determined.The material of every unit in the friction pairs was selected.Under this condition, we developed high accuracy, high reliability, long service life and high performance space friction pairs,which can reduce midst links in driving chain and make it a compact system with small volume, high drive efficiency, small friction-wear and low vibration noise.
