摘要:

依据角膜的生物力学特点以及准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术的原理和治疗步骤,构造了角膜有限元模型,运用有限元技术对术后的眼球角膜进行了各种情况下的应力和变形模拟计算,并对计算结果进行了进一步的插值处理和比较分析。计算结果与实际临床经验基本吻合,表明该模型的建立及计算符合实际角膜生物力学特性,为进一步模拟类似于该手术的临床实际提供了可用参考。

Abstract:

Based on the characteristics of cornea and structure, the geometry model of cornea was presented. Corresponding to the principle of laser in situ keratomileusis(LASIK) finite element model was created. Stress and strain of LASIK were simulated with all kinds of conditions. The simulation coincides with the clinical testing. The results show that the finite element model accords with the practical cornea characteristics. 
