摘要: 为研究ZNR2.4罗茨式机械增压器的振动特性,对样机进行了振动试验。运用LMS试验设备采集了不同压比、不同转速下ZNR2.4罗茨式机械增压器的振动信号;对各参数下均方值最大的信号进行了频谱分析;计算了气流脉动、回流均压振动及轴承、齿轮等的特征频率,并对转子进行了模态分析。研究结果表明:气流脉动与回流均压振动为主要振源;当转速为2 800 r/min时,齿轮的啮合频率与转轴基频的38倍频发生共振。最后针对各振源提出了减振降噪的方法,为设计和使用罗茨式机械增压器提供了一定的参考。

Abstract: In order to study the vibration characteristics of the ZNR2.4 Roots type supercharger, the prototype was subjected to vibration tests.The LMS test equipment was used to collect the vibration signals of the ZNR2.4 Roots type supercharger under different pressure ratios and different speeds.The spectrum analysis was performed on the signals with the largest mean square value under each parameter.The characteristic frequencies of airflow pulsation, reflow equalization vibration and bearings, gears, etc.were calculated.The modal analyses of the rotor were carried out.The results show that airflow pulsation and recirculation equalization vibration are as the main vibration source.When the speed is as 2 800 r/min, the meshing frequency of the gear resonates with the 38 times frequency of the shaft fundamental frequency.Finally, the method of noise reduction and vibration reduction was proposed for each vibration source, which provided reference for designing and using Roots type superchargers.
