半挂车紧急继动阀响应时间的计算方法

摘要: 为确定半挂车紧急继动阀控制压力与响应时间之间的定量关系,并研究其结构参数对响应时间的影响,建立了紧急继动阀在不同制动阶段的AMESim仿真模型,分析了参数变化对制动响应时间的影响。根据理论推导,提出了一种紧急继动阀响应时间的计算方法。搭建了半挂车气制动试验台,基于LabVIEW 的数据采集系统对紧急继动阀的AMESim模型及计算方法进行了试验验证。研究结果表明:AMESim模型可较好地预测制动过程的压力变化;采用所提计算方法得到的计算值与试验值之间的相对误差不超过6.4%,验证了计算方法的可行性,且该计算方法可用于研究紧急继动阀内部结构参数对制动响应时间的影响以及后续半挂车制动系统响应时间的优化工作。

Abstract: In order to determine the quantitative relationship between the control pressure and response time of the semitrailer relay emergency valves and investigate the influences of the structure parameters on the response time, the AMESim simulation model of the relay emergency valves in different braking stages was established and the influences of parameter changes on response time were analyzed.According to the theoretical deduction, a calculation method of the response time of a semitrailer relay emergency valve was proposed.A semitrailer pneumatic braking tester was built in combination with the data acquisition system based on LabVIEW for verifying the AMESim model and calculation method.The results show the AMESim model may predict the pressure changes of braking processes well.The relative errors between the calculated values and the experimental ones are less than 6.4%, which proves the feasibility of the calculation method and the calculation method may be used to study the influences of the internal structure parameters of the relay emergency valves on response time as well as the further optimization of the response time on the semitrailer brake systems.
