基于少子样的核主泵电机滑动轴承可靠性研究

Research on Reliability of Sliding Bearings of Nuclear Main Pump Motors Based on Small Samples

摘要: 为研究一种核主泵电机滑动轴承的可靠性,在少子样无法进行大量整机试验的情况下,分析了核主泵电机滑动轴承的工况,确定了其失效模式并绘制了故障树。采用ANSYS软件仿真分析了轴承重要单元受力情况,求解了单元应力分布,根据应力-强度干涉法,利用蒙特卡罗抽样法得到了单元可靠度;采用数据手册法得到了其他单元的可靠度,并计算得到了轴承的整体可靠度。对少数试制轴承的缩小推力瓦模型样本和原尺寸冷却器展开试验,结果表明该核主泵电机滑动轴承满足工程可靠性要求。

Abstract: In order to study the reliability of the sliding bearings of nuclear main pump motors, under the conditions that a small number of sub-samples could not carry out a large number of complete machine tests, the working conditions of the sliding bearings of the nuclear main pump motors were analyzed, the failure modes were determined and the fault tree was drawn. The ANSYS software was used to simulate and analyze the bearing forces of important bearing units, and the stresses distribution of the units were solved. According to the stress-strength interferometry methods, the reliability of the units was obtained by Monte-Carlo sampling methods. The reliability of other units was obtained by the data manual methods. Then, the overall reliability of the bearings was obtained. Several samples of the reduced thrust bearing shoe model and the original size cooler of a few prototype bearings were tested to verify that the sliding bearings of nuclear main pump motors meet the engineering reliability requirements.
