点接触弹流润滑条件下表面弹性变形研究

Elastic Deformations of Surface under EHL Point Contact

摘要: 为研究弹流润滑条件下点接触表面变形及其对表面性能的影响,采用激光微织构法制备了一组不同形貌参数的滚动轴承滚道表面试件,基于表面频谱分析和弹流润滑快速算法(幅值缩减法)分析了试件在不同工况参数下的弹性变形。使用ISO 25178三维形貌参数体系对变形前后表面进行表征,研究了点接触弹流润滑状态下表面形貌的弹性变形与载荷、转速的关系。研究结果表明,弹流接触使表面形貌发生显著的弹性变形,载荷、转速等工况参数对变形量影响较大,表面弹性变形使得形貌参数发生显著变化。

Abstract: In order to investigate the surface deformations and the effects on surface properties under EHL point-contacting mode, a series of raceway surface samples for rolling bearings with different surface topographies were fabricated by laser texture processes and the elastic deformation values under different operational conditions were calculated based on spectrum analysis and fast EHL method called Amplitue Reduction. Three-dimensional topography parameters from ISO25178 were used to characterize surfaces before and after elastic deformations. The relationships among elastic deformations under EHL point-contacting mode and loading force/rotational speed was studied. The results show that obvious elastic deformations occur during EHL contacting processes and the operational parameters have significant influences on deformation values. Surface elastic deformations will obviously change surface topographies.
