摘要: 研究了机械臂架结构在不确定性动态激励作用下的振动问题。针对不确定动态激励的样本函数数量有限,难以得到具体的概率统计信息的问题,采用区间过程对其进行描述;基于结构单位脉冲响应并利用卷积积分及区间过程的相关性质获得动态不确定激励的波动上下边界;以混凝土泵车臂架作为典型工程装备部件,应用上述方法对臂架系统作业过程中的动态响应进行了研究分析。

Abstract: The vibrations of mechanical arm systems under uncertain dynamic excitation were studied. Aiming at the difficulties in getting specific probability and statistics informations due to the limited numbers of sample functions of uncertain dynamic excitations,the dynamic uncertainty of the excitation was described by interval process. Based on the structural unit pulse response, the convolution integral and the correlation properties of interval process, the upper and lower boundaries of dynamic uncertain excitations were obtained. Finally, as a typical engineering equipment component, the dynamic responses of mechanical arm systems of concrete pump truck in operation processes were studied and analyzed by the above methods.
