摘要: 针对针织面料生产智能管控需求,从车间计划与调度、产品生产过程和设备监控管理三个典型管控功能角度出发,基于针织生产大数据分析,建立了针织面料生产智能管控通用数据模型。依据“数据-模型-关键流程-管控”方法,对针织面料生产过程产生的大数据进行抽取分析,考虑产品信息、设备信息和生产流程信息,实现对高端针织面料生产全流程的多维数据描述;在此基础上,分析生产计划与调度、生产执行管理和设备监控关键流程中的数据流,建立相应的通用数据模型,为进一步实现针织生产关键流程织造和染整流程的智能制造管控提供基础指导。

Abstract: Based on the intelligent control function analysis of knitted fabric production, from the perspectives of three typical management and control functions, such as workshop planning and scheduling, product production processes and equipment management, an intelligent data management model for knitted fabric production was analyzed and established. The “data-model-key process-control” method was adopted to extract and analyze the data of the production processes of knitted fabrics. Product informations, equipment informations and production process informations were analyzed to describe the multi-dimensional data of high-end knitted fabric production. General data models for key processes such as production planning and scheduling, production execution and equipment management were analyzed and established to provide basic guidance for further intelligent control of weaving and dyeing processes in the key processes of knitting productions.
