采煤机液压拉杠力学特性实验

摘要: 针对在采煤机工作过程中,液压拉杠时常断裂的问题,采用1∶1模拟煤矿井下综采成套装备实验平台。以MG500/1180-WD采煤机为研究对象,通过无线数据传输系统,分别对采煤机空载、重载4种不同工况下液压拉杠的力学特性进行了测试与研究。研究结果表明:不同工况下液压拉杠的载荷均未达到实验前的预紧力;采煤机起车时,位于机身上方两个液压拉杠的载荷趋势较大;在采煤机重载截煤工况下,位于采煤侧上方的液压拉杠处于压缩状态,并且载荷最大。

Abstract: According to the fracture problems of hydraulic rods in the working processes of shearers,experimental platform for fully mechanized mining face of shearer was established based on parallel simulation of underground coal mine. Taking MG500/1180-WD shearer as the research object,tests and researches of mechanics characteristics of hydraulic rods were executed under no-load and full-load by wireless data transmission system. The results show that the loads of hydraulic rods do not reach the pre-test pre-tightening forces under different working conditions. The two hydraulic rods located above the fuselage have larger load when shearer starts. Hydraulic rods located above the shearer side are in compression status and bear the maximum loads.
