摘要: 提出了模型的视觉关注度简化方法与轻量化装配技术,建立了从最精确到空模型的6级标准件模型特征库。通过对设计人员视觉、装配结构体、运动链关联的分析,给出了装配部件上的标准件模型动态精细度层级的计算方法,实现了自动切换不同精细度模型的轻量化装配功能,并在飞机设计中应用,有效地提高了设计效率。

Abstract: A model simplification method of visual attention and lightweight assembly technology was presented. The part model library with 6-level of details from the most detailed to the null model was established. The method of calculating the dynamic level of details of standard part models was presented based on assembling parts related visions,structures and kinematic chains, also the function of switching different detailed models was implemented in assembly design according to this level definition of details. The method was used in amphibious aircraft design and the design efficiency is obviously improved.
