双相外激波摆杆活齿传动耦合刚度

Coupling Stiffness of Double Outer Generator Swing Rod Movable Teeth Transmissions

摘要: 针对双相外激波摆杆活齿传动的结构特点,提出了活齿传动耦合刚度的概念。通过建立固定于活齿架的整体系统坐标系,分别推导出外激波凸轮与中心轮的齿形方程及传动压力角,综合应用变形协调条件与Palmgren形变公式,求解了多齿接触的系统径向力。在此基础上计算了传动系统的时变耦合刚度,并结合实例分析了主要结构参数对耦合刚度系数的影响。

Abstract: Movable tooth coupling stiffness was proposed based on structures of double outer generator swing rod movable tooth transmission mechanisms. A coordinate fixed on movable tooth frame was established. Tooth profiles and pressure angles of double outer generator and central wheels were presented. System radial forces and time-varying coupling stiffnesses were investigated according to deformation compatibility conditions and Palmgren formula. The effects of structure parameters on coupling stiffness coefficients were analyzed.
