摘要: 为研究坦克的行驶振动特性和越野机动性,通过虚拟样机技术和多体动力学建模方法,对坦克动力学系统进行了拓扑结构分析,建立了坦克多体系统动力学模型,基于谐波叠加法建立了随机路面模型;为了验证模型的可信性,在稳定行驶工况下,分别选取汽车平台障碍和随机路面高速跑道环境,将模型仿真结果和实际车辆试验结果进行对比分析。结果表明:该坦克多体系统动力学模型能够较好地反映实际车辆的振动特性,为坦克行驶振动特性的研究提供了参考模型;实车试验的方法能够很好地用于仿真车辆模型动力学特性的验证。

Abstract: In order to study the driving vibration characteristics and off-road maneuverability of tanks, the topology of tank dynamics systems was analyzed by virtual prototyping technology and multi-body dynamics modeling method. Tank multi-body dynamics system was built and the random road model was built by means of harmonic superposition method. To verify the credibility of the model, under the stable driving conditions, the automobile platforms and high speed road environments were selected respectively, the model simulations and real vehicle tests were compared. The results show that tank dynamics multi-body model may reflect the vibration characteristics of the real vehicles. The model provides a reference model for the study of tank vibration characteristics. The method of real vehicle tests may be used to verify the dynamics characteristics of simulation model.
