浮动滚子推杆等跨凸轮机构及其尺寸综合的正-逆映射求交方法

Dimensional Synthesis of Equal-span Cam Mechanisms with Floating Roller Pushrods Based on Technology of Forward-inverse Mapping Intersection

摘要: 跳脱和突破等径凸轮机构“凸轮轴心、主/副滚子中心三点共线”的传统限定条件,提出了等跨凸轮机构的新概念新构型,揭示了其显著的形态特征,求解了往程/返程运动角、运动学尺寸、行程、初始位置等参数并研究了返程运动规律,通过引入归并搜索带域新概念和提出正-逆映射求交方法,得到了满足α≤[α]和等跨机构条件的主/副滚子归并整程区域套以及机构最小尺寸解,解决了浮动滚子推杆等跨凸轮机构的尺寸综合问题。等跨凸轮机构的提出,拓展延伸了机构的构型空间和解空间。尺寸综合对比结果表明:较之等径凸轮机构,等跨凸轮机构具有显著的优越性。

Abstract: A new concept and configuration of equal-span cam mechanisms was put forward herein, which originated from the constant yoke radial cam mechanisms but jumped off and broke through the traditional restrictions of “three points collinear cam axis and main/auxiliary roller center”. The remarkable unique morphological characteristics were revealed and the angles of go and return travels, kinematics sizes, distances, initial position parameters and return movement laws were explored into the solving. By introducting new concept of “merger search belt-area” and putting forward “forward-inverse mapping intersection”, “whole choice area” of main/auxiliary roller and optimal mechanism solutions are obtained under the conditions of α≤[α] and equal-span, thereby enabling dimensional sythesis tasks for equal-span cam mechanisms with floating roller pushrods. The object spaces and solution set spaces of the mechanisms were expanded significantly because of the development of the equal-span cam mechanisms. Through a mathematical example of mechanism synthesis, the paper demonstrates that the equal-span cam mechanisms have significant superiorities compared with yoke radial cam mechanisms.
