摘要:

磁头滑块承载面的结构优化设计是实现高密度存储的主要方法之一。提出一种新的遗传算法的编码方法并用于硬盘磁头滑块承载面结构的优化设计。该方法将磁头滑块的空腔深度信息计入到编码中,与原有的编码方法相比,增加了编码的复杂度,相应地增加了可行解空间,有利于获得更好的最优解,从而得到性能更好的磁头滑块承载面结构。该编码方法能够设计出具有多层结构的磁头滑块,从而更符合商用磁头的使用要求。通过一个具体的算例验证了该编码方法的有效性,并通过这个算例介绍了整个磁头滑块优化设计的过程。

Abstract:

Slider topology optimum design is a key method for achieving high storage density hard disk. A novel coding method of genetic algorithm for designing the topology of hard-disk sliders was proposed herein. The method took the depth of the cavity on the slider into consideration, which made the codes more complicated than the methods available and hence enlarges the space of the possible solutions. It is valuable for acquiring better solution and then getting the topology with better characteristics. By using this coding method, multi-layer slider can be designed which can meet the demands of the commercial hard disk. The effectiveness of the coding method was proved by a design example, and the whole procedure of the optimum design of slider topology was also demonstrated by the example.
