模具参数对闭开联合轧制汽车油泵轴力能参数的影响

Influences of Mold Parameters on Mechanics Parameters in Closed-Open Type Cross Wedge Rolling of Automobile Oil Pump Shaft Part

摘要: 采用DEFORM有限元软件建立了楔横轧汽车油泵轴的三维刚塑性有限元模型,分析了闭式展宽角、闭式成形角、开式展宽角和开式成形角等模具参数对汽车油泵轴力能参数的影响规律,发现:闭式展宽角的增大会使得各力能参数变化速率加快;闭式成形角的增大会使得各力能参数随之增大;开式展宽角的增大会使得径向力增大;开式成形角的增大会使得轴向力增大。进行了1∶1闭开联合轧制汽车油泵轴实验,实测轧制力矩相对误差在10%以内,验证了有限元模型的正确性。

Abstract: A 3D rigid-plastic finite element model of the closed-open type cross wedge rolling of automobile oil pump shaft part was established by DEFORM. Then, the influence rules of the mold parameters such as closed broadening angles, closed forming angles, open broadening angles and open forming angles on the mechanics parameters of automobile oil pump shaft part were analyzed. The increases of closed broadening angle accelerate the change rates of mechanics parameters. The increases of closed forming angles make the increases of mechanics parameters. The increases of open broadening angle makes the increase of radial forces. The increases of open molding angle make the increases of axial forces. For the relative errors range within 10% by comparing the rolling moments measured in 1∶1 ratio high-speed hollow shafts rolling experiments with the finite simulation results, the validity of the finite element model was verified.
