摘要: 在万众创新口号的召唤下,与知识服务相关的网站如雨后春笋般地涌现。成功的创新离不开正确的设计,正确的设计离不开充分的知识供给,而许多网站对所从事服务的理解存在一些误区,他们所提供的知识实际上不能直接支持设计,不利于知识在设计竞争中的高效运用。从设计科学中关于设计知识的基本定律出发,以中国工程院CKCEST当前提供的服务为例,分析了设计对基于互联网的知识服务的特殊要求和走出误区的途径,并用所在团队在过去20年中所做过的案例说明这些观点。

Abstract: Driving by the slogan “massive innovation”, the websites related to knowledge services appeared as the bamboo shoots after a spring rain. As the innovation could not be successive without a correct design and a correct design could not do without a rich knowledge supplies, most of them had some misunderstandings in the services they were dealt with. What they provided for design could not support the competition of design directly and did not benefit the high efficient utility of knowledges in design. From the basic laws of design knowledges in design science together with the services provided by the CKCEST as examples, the special needs of knowledge services via internet for design were analyzed, the way out from the misunderstandings was discussed and several cases completed by the author and his teams in the past 20 years were given for illustrations herein.
